VendorPro utilizes official WhatsApp Business API endpoints for transactional messaging. Messages transmitted through our platform are strictly transactional (monthly subscriber statements, payment receipt vouchers, delivery holiday notices).

The newspaper copy quantities calculated by VendorPro's Daily Depot Indent Calculator are based on customer subscription data, daily pause dates, and line route parameters configured by the vendor. Agency proprietors remain responsible for verifying their final physical copy collection counts with newspaper publication delivery trucks and depot dispatchers.
database 4. Local Data Sovereignty & Offline Storage
All customer subscriber databases, daily delivery sequences, and collection cash registers reside in an offline encrypted SQLite database on the vendor's device. While VendorPro provides automated Google Drive backup integrations, merchants are advised to routinely back up their devices to prevent data loss resulting from phone physical damage or loss.
